Bliss

Mission

Bliss aims to revolutionize the way urinary incontinence is managed by providing innovative and effective solutions for a comfortable and confident life.

The challenge

Every year, millions of women worldwide experience the discomfort and embarrassment of urinary incontinence after giving birth. Sadly, many suffer in silence, without seeking treatment or support. The embarrassment that comes with involuntary leaks takes a toll on women's emotional wellbeing leading to feelings of anxiety and insecurity. According to a study, around 54% of postpartum women experience urinary incontinence within the first year of giving birth. Currently the solutions offer a temporary fix, but they are far from ideal; temporary, time consuming and difficult to maintain while on move. We as Bliss believe that there is a need to do more to support, especially the working mothers who are dealing with postpartum urinary incontinence. It’s time that we break the silence and to give the support that these women desperately need.

The solution

Bliss introduces a revolutionary wearable to treat postpartum urinary incontinence. Our product uses smart technology to detect bladder movements and delivers gentle stimulation to the pelvic floor muscles, strengthening and toning them over time. Electrical stimulation enhances pelvic floor muscle strength, especially the ones that are severely compromised, in turn helping women to regain the control of their bladder. It's easy to use, adjustable for individual needs, and can be worn discreetly under clothing making it far more comfortable and time-saving than the conventional solutions. This would especially be of great help for the women on move. Our objective is to help women regain their confidence and quality of life after childbirth. With Bliss, we encourage them to take control of their health and well-being to experience a newfound freedom from the challenges of postpartum urinary incontinence.
